AOKP Paranoid Android

Although not fully featured or completely stable, both Paranoid Android and AOKP have released their first builds of Android 4.4 KitKat for supported devices. Hit the break for the full details on each.

AOKP isn't fully ready for all supported devices, but as of now, nightly builds are ready for:

  • Nexus 5
  • Nexus 4
  • Nexus 10
  • Nexus 7 (2013)
  • Galaxy Nexus
  • Galaxy S III
  • Galaxy S 4
  • Galaxys Note 2
  • HTC One
  • Xperia Z/ZL
  • Xperia T
  • Xperia V

Paranoid Android is a bit further behind, with its only supported devices including:

  • Nexus 4
  • Nexus 5
  • Nexus 7 (2012 and 2013)
  • Nexus 10
  • Galaxy Nexus

Paranoid Android plans to add the Oppo Find 5 and N1 soon. The current build of Paranoid Android also doesn't have Hybrid Engine, HALO, or PIE either but should be added relatively soon as well.

At this point, the finishing touches aren't even close to being put on these ROMs, so unless you absolutely need it, you might be better of sticking with what you have until a more functional build is released.
