Sony Ericsson announced that the Xperia Arc is coming to the United States in August, but it won’t be offered by any of the carriers. You will be able to order unlocked from Sony, and places like Amazon and Newegg for $600.

The press release doesn’t mention radios, but it is likely that it will be compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile. Don’t forget, the bootloader is unlocked which makes it tempting.
