Samsung announces Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Gio and Galaxy Mini

So, you thought the Samsung Galaxy line couldn’t possibly get any bigger? Think again. Samsung has brought their Galaxy name down to a line of lower-end devices, effectively making them available to more consumers. These more affordable form factors will be known as (from left to right above):

  • Galaxy Ace
  • Galaxy Fit
  • Galaxy Gio
  • Galaxy Mini

The Galaxy Ace has a 3.5″ screen with an 800 MHz processor and HVGA screen resolution. The Fit goes down a bit from there, with a 3.3″ QVGA display and 600 MHz CPU, while the Gio packs an HVGA screen. Then, there’s the Galaxy mini, complete with a 3.1″ QVGA and 600MHz processor. All of these devices are said to be heading for Russia, Europe, India and China.

    Not a chance, after what has been going on with my captivate I wouldnt suggest a Samsung to my worst enemy. Hell I would tell them to get a Motorola (which I also dont like) instead. Wake up Samsung your after the Sale support needs alot of work

    HEHE .. android phone is good provided u can charge the same every day .
    I you use net heavily .. blackberry cells are very good
    as they have smaller screen and mechanical QUERTY
    so both give long battery .

    but I use galaxy S .. i love it
