Last week T-Mobile USA CTO Cole Brodman revealed in an interview that the carrier were planning to launch a number of Android handsets from at least three partners over the course of 2009.

It is believed that the T-Mobile partners include HTC, Samsung, and now Motorola.

According to a new T-Mobile roadmap, Motorola are scheduled to launch their own Android powered handset towards the end of 2009.

Codenamed the Motorola Morrison, little is known about this upcoming handset other than the roadmap’s proposed launch date of the 2009 holiday season.

To date the roadmap lists five Android phones scheduled for launch this year from T-Mobile.

  • Samsung Houdini
  • Motorola Morrison
  • HTC Magic (G2)
  • Bigfoot G1 v2
  • Huawei Touchscreen device

Besides Huawei stating it themselves in an interview, where does it mention their android phone will be launched at all? Dont get me wrong, the more android the better, and their phone is nice and sexy, but it doesnt show it on the map. Where can i find this confirmed on the roadmap?

Wasn’t it already confirmed that the Sapphire (aka HTC Magic in europe) will be called “TMobile MyTouch 3G” and not “TMobile G2″?
