The Open Handset Alliance Announce 14 New Members 3The Open Handset Alliance have today announced the addition of 14 new partners to its organization.

The new partners include hardware manufacturers Sony Ericsson, Garmin, Toshiba and new carrier Vodafone.

Here's the full list of new OHA partners:

  • ARM
  • ASUSTek Computer Inc.
  • Atheros Communications
  • Borqs
  • Ericsson
  • Garmin International Inc.
  • Huawei Technologies
  • Omron Software Co. Ltd
  • Softbank Mobile Corporation
  • Sony Ericsson
  • Teleca AB
  • Toshiba Corporation
  • Vodafone

Whilst these companies are a great addition to the growing number that have joined the OHA, Google are still missing the top two U.S. mobile carriers, AT&T and Verizon Wireless.
