OnePlus accidentally announces an open beta for Android Oreo on the OnePlus 5T 4

OnePlus may have accidentally announced an open beta program for the latest version of Android on the OnePlus 5T before it was actually supposed to have been official. You can blame their German Twitter account for this mix up.

The account sent out a tweet saying that the open beta for the new software was “available now,” but has since deleted the tweet. That raises more questions than it answers, such as where the beta will be available, when it will actually be available, and if we're going to see it before the end of the year.

The message was definitely an official announcement from the company with press images to go along with it, so don't worry too much about it being a hoax. At this point you'll just have to sit on the edge of your seat while we wait for the real announcement to come.
