samsung galaxy grand primeSamsung's latest in the Galaxy Grand line may have leaked in benchmarks, confirming some specs for the device. If the benchmarks are accurate, the Galaxy Grand 3 will be the SM-G7200 and will feature some decent midrange hardware.

The benchmarks say the phone will sport a large 5.5-inch 720p screen powered by a Snapdragon 410 CPU. There's 1.5 GB of RAM on board, and it looks like an Adreno 306 will be the GPU of choice. The cameras are decent, with a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front facing shooter. Expect to hear about selfies whenever Samsung announces this one. On the software side of things, it looks like it'll ship with Android 4.4.

No word on release date, but it's been awhile since the Grand 2, so I wouldn't expect Samsung to wait much longer before making this one official.
