Add this to the ever growing Galaxy Nexus News File. As we know from earlier today, shipments of Galaxy Nexus devices are heading to Verizon stores this week, and if that doesn't excite you, this will. A video has been released showing off the phone's super quick shutter speed in the camera, the wallpapers and the factory reset animation.
Check out the video below, and I hope this holds everyone over until we see the Galaxy Nexus. Who knows, maybe it will actually come out on Friday like the rumors are hinting. Also, if you want to get more than your fill of Galaxy Nexus news, you can go here. A big thanks to the folks over at Droid Life for this video.

I have the galaxy nexus, the 0 shutter lag is a nice touch but it takes pics like any other 5mp cam.
Its good enough for the odd snap when your out and about, if you take pictures all the time I wouldn’t recommend it.
This is phone is all about the software anyway.
No shutter lag doesn’t mean that the picture that’s taken won’t be crap. It just means that you’re likely to get a noise ridden, blurry, weirdly saturated, image of what you intended to shoot instead of a noise ridden, blurry, weirdly saturated, image of what you wanted to shoot 2 seconds after you intended to shoot it.
A 5 megapixel camera with one LED for a flash? I’m guessing the pictures it takes won’t be anything to crow about.
As we as a society increasingly forego our point-and-shoot cameras for our cellphones, whoever finally figures out that a if a phone with a decent lens and software to support it were to be sold here in America it would sell like crazy is going make a LOT of money.
Hello? Panasonic/Lumix? Sony/Ericsson?
Well for some, camera performance doesn’t really matter. I guess most would settle for the over-all performance of the phone.
