Samsung Taiwan has posted a video teasing a product that is coming soon. Not much is known about the new product except that it is supposed to be simple, elegant, fast and fit.
This description could fit a number of new products including the Galaxy S 5, or even the Galaxy J for Taiwan.. Could the device be released on December 9? That's the date that's showing on the Galaxy Gear at the start of the video! Whatever is coming next from Samsung, it's sure to be big! Hit the break for the teaser.

I bet it’s not S5 as I’d expect from it to have a microUSB 3.0 port and you can clearly see a 2.0 one on the video.
Samsung Galaxy Series are premium light, strong, highly durable plastic. Welcome to 2013, this is not your fathers plastic. Samsung is dominating because they’re responsive to customer demand and have no fear around trying something new.
Premium, light, strong, highly durable… Which Samsung are you talking about? The one I know produces cheap fragile squeaky phones that are all named the same ; galaxy this, Galaxy that, Galaxy everything. Besides the note series Samsung hasnt really created anything innovative. Touchwiz is long due for a diet overhaul, the galaxy round is a joke…. I had the galaxy note 2 and I got rid of that thing as soon as i got a taste of what android should be : nexus 5.
I have a GS4. 1) Most people use a case on their phone, so who really gives a damn about a plastic backing? 2) The plastic is hella durable. I’ve dropped my phone out of it’s case a few times before I was able to get a case, and the screen, and back and entire thing is just fine. People get too caught up over a scratch. A scratch on the outside of your phone does not make it not work. It works just as fantastic as one with no blemishes at all.
Samsung has the phones with the best features out of any phones. The iPhone 5s is a joke compared to Sammy’s latest phones.
Other than the Note, I don’t understand how Samsung has such high sales. The Note I understand, because where else can you get a phone like that. But S4, other than maybe just the camera, why wouldn’t you go LG/Google Nexus? Pentile displays are annoying too.

Ugly and plastic? So an aluminium phone is much better? I think 90% of iPhone users buy a plastic case for their phones first thing
Most people like to go naked and when they don’t they use a simple bumper that doesn’t hinder the design of the phone. If they do use a heavy case like and otterbox it is more then just plastic (usually has silcon). And even then my iPhone friends complain that it doesn’t feel as nice as aluminum. Plastic does have it merits but aluminum feels nicer and more preuimum.

It occurs to me that what I said could be considered a criticism of their existing phones — in fact I greatly enjoy the two Galaxy S2’s I’ve owned.
That was just me failing to properly word the sarcasm masking my ‘surprise’ about them putting out yet another phone. Oops.
So, just to be clear: Phone good. Samsung good. ;D
