The Nexus 7 was only announced a couple of days ago, but that isn't stopping the speculation for next year's edition. So what could the speculation possibly be now? Apparently Google might be dropping ASUS for the next edition in favor of LG according to Analyst Ming-Chi-Kuo. According to Kuo, Google wants to advance the display design.

Lately LG has been making serious strides in the display department for both mobile and TVs, and in many cases sticking it to Samsung. It's also not like Google and LG are strangers because they worked together on the Nexus 4. Folks, we have a while to go until the next Nexus 7 gets unveiled (if it ever does), but let the rumors start now.
