Coupon: Staples $100 off Tablet Purchase, Transformer, Thrive, Galaxy Tab 1

Have you been drooling over a tablet you’ve been wanting for a long time. Just don’t have the cabbage to drop down on your dream device. Seem that Staples knows how you’re feeling. So they have given us a coupon for a cool $100 off any tablet purchase. You’ve got a total of 8 days to decide if you want to take this deal, as it expires on the 30th. It does exclude a couple tablets, so read the fine print.

Unfortunately, what we are seeing when attempting to purchase, is that the ASUS Transformer is out of stock online. Either way, here’s the coupon link. Give it a shot, browse Staples.com and and check out the various tablets. Alternatively, you could run down to, or call your local store, and see what they have in stock.

  1. I tried using the coupon at office depot but after the guy looked at the internal memo, the transformer was excluded. Same goes for best buy.

  2. so this only applies to android tablet
that so weird last time i went to staples they tell me i can buy asus transformer in store. very unfortunate
i wonder if it will apply to the ipad because it doesn’t specify that it has to be android tablets

  3. Went to Staples yesterday, I wanted a Toshiba Thrive but the stores don’t carry it, only online. I asked him if he could order it for me and I would pay in-store so I could use the coupon and the manager said no problem. Had it shipped to the store (free shipping) and will be here in a about 3 days. Paid $379 plus tax.

  4. can you please tell..how did you end up buying a Xoom for $252..I mean which coupon helped you..I was thinking I would get it for $399 ( applying the $ 100 coupon off )…

    thank you.

  5. Picked mine up at Office Depot as well, as Staples was out of the Transformer. They matched the $299.00

  6. I took the Staples couple to Office Depot and they matched the price. Picked up the ASUS Transformer there but all the stores at the time had a total of 8 of them. Nevertheless Office Depot matched the price and I have my ASUS for $299.00.

  7. Yep, I work at staples. The Asus is only available online. In store we only carry the Motorola, Acer, Samsung (for honeycomb). I ended up getting a xoom for $252.

  8. So even though the coupon says “VALID IN STORE ONLY” people are still trying it online?

  9. Is it possible to use it onlie ? I’m planning to buy Galaxy Tab or Xoom and this would be a great deal for me..

  10. I tried using the coupon there. Here’s how it went down. I looked for a Transformer, of course, they had none in stock, so I asked an employee who was working if they had an Asus Transformer in stock so I could use the great coupon (I already knew they didn’t, I just wanted to engage into a conversation with him, lol.)He said they don’t have any of those and checked and no Staples store has them. He then told me what he could do is me purchase the Asus Transformer in the store and they’ll mail it to me. He tried doing that, but sadly, Staples.com shows that they are out of stock, so he can’t do it. He said to keep on checking the website and hurry back to the store so if I see it in stock online.

  11. Great coupon, but not for the Asus Transformer. All the Staples in our area don’t carry the Transformer yet.

  12. If it’s in stock online, what you can do is use the in-store computer kiosk at Staples to order the Transformer. There is an option to pay at the store. Print out the order and take it to the cashier. Have the cashier apply the coupon to the order.

I did this last week when they had a $50 off coupon.

  13. I called my local Staples to ask specifically about the Transformer. They told me the Transformer is sold only online. I asked if that was true for all Staples stores, and they said yes.

If anyone has seen or purchased a Transformer from a brick&mortar Staples store, please let us know.
