Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 will launch on August 1st according to unconfirmed report

We’ve known for a while that Samsung would be launching the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9th at an Unpacked event in New York, but details on when the Korean company will announce the Galaxy Tab S4 have been a little unclear, despite many leaked images and spec sheets. An unconfirmed report suggests that the electronics giant could unveil its newest tablet on August 1st (tomorrow).

AndroidHeadlines has reported that Samsung is allegedly planning on officially announcing the Galaxy Tab S4 tomorrow, August 1st, although there are no further details divulged. If correct, it’s an unusual move from Samsung who usually hold a launch event during IFA in late August, although there has been no news of such an event this time around. Muddying the waters even further is the Galaxy Watch which is also thought to be launching in the days ahead.

Perhaps Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Tab S4 ahead of the Galaxy Note 9 to keep attention focused on its new flagship smartphone and keep the path clear during its pre-order period.
