Grab the new Android P Pixel launcher for any device running Android Oreo

Itching to get a taste of Android P but don’t have a device that’s compatible with the beta program? We can’t really help you around that, but if your phone is running at least Android Oreo you can check out the brand new Pixel launcher that’s been backported from Google’s newest beta software.

Rootless Pixel Launcher is an ongoing project that brings the Pixel launcher and all of Google’s specific tweaks and enhancements to many more devices, even if they aren’t a Pixel or running brand new versions of Android. That’s still the case with the newest version, although you’ll probably notice that it’s really not a huge change from the older version.

Google still hasn’t implemented the search bar directly into the launcher like we’ve seen in previous leaks, but there’s a mod for this version of the Pixel launcher if you really want to get ahead of the game.

You can check out the link below to grab the app from XDA and get it installed on your device.
