Moto G5 Plus sports a 5.2-inch FHD display, 12MP camera, and 3,000mAh battery according to leaked image

Lenovo is scheduled to launch the Moto G5 range of handsets at MWC in Barcelona on February 26th, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t time for a few leaks in the meantime. Last week we saw the wallpaper and ringtones for the Moto G5 Plus become available to download, today sees a possible leak of the specifications for the handset, as seen in the image above.

The image comes from Brazil-based Google Plus user, Dan Cautella. There’s no great surprise in the supposed level of hardware, with the image stating that the Moto G5 Plus will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display, a 2GHz Octa-core processor (almost certainly the Snapdragon 625), a 12MP Rapid Focus Camera (probably of Sony origin), a re-designed front-facing fingerprint reader, as well as 3,000mAh battery with “TurboPower” charging technology.

If the leaked image is to be believed, and let’s face it, the leaked specs are not outrageous in the least, the Moto G5 Plus is firmly in the mid-range. With a couple of weeks to go until Lenovo announce the Moto G5 and G5 Plus handsets at MWC later this month, there is still time for a few more details to be. What do you think of the alleged specs for the Moto G5 Plus?
