Link from ‘Zelda’ has a new job as the Street View man in Google Maps

Video game fans are going to love this Google Maps Easter egg. For the next five days, Link from Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda will be replacing the little Street View man. The change is to celebrate Zelda’s 30th anniversary, and the release of the HD version of Twilight Princess on Wii U.

If you would like to try it for yourself, head to Google Maps and look at the bottom right corner where the usual Street View man normally is. You can then pick Link up and drag him to anywhere you’d like to enter Street View. What is really cool is after you are in Street View you will see him spin in the mini map below depending on the direction you are facing.
