White Nexus S Shows Up In The Wild….Again

Back on the 25th we noted that a white Nexus S device has surfaced and made its way to Germany, as reported by BestBoyz. Today we bring you more news of the device rearing its pretty little off white shell, thanks to TNW Mobile. I’ve gotta say, I like the black front accompanied by the white backing, it sure makes for wonderful eye candy, even though for some reason, white devices rarely make it to market. According to the article by TNW, a credible source revealed that the device was headed to Vodafone. No release date has been revealed yet, but with any luck, we could see the smartphone in the hands of consumers very soon. Give us your thoughts in the comments below. White Samsung Nexus S gets outted in Germany

German blog site BestBoyz looks to have a few snapshots of the Samsung Nexus S in a pristine white shell. Ok, it might not be full on white, but I’m sure you’d still fool those Apple fan boys when you hold up that curved glass screen as you chit chat with your bff Stacey. The source also states that these will be shipping with Super AMOLED screens, and not the Super Clear LCD displays rumored before.

While it might not be the completely albino Android you were looking for, it’s still nice to have options. With all these removable battery covers I’m surprised we don’t see more colors from 3rd-party manufacturers.

HTC EVO 4G now available in white

Well, well, what do we have here? A white version of the EVO 4G is now available in retail locations nationwide, and I must say, it looks pretty slick. The phone is priced at $199.99 with a new 2-year contract, and is exactly the same as the black version in terms of hardware and features.

Fairytale mashup of Snow White, Peter Pan and Star Wars shows off LG Optimus One

I don’t know about you, but I love this kind of stuff. In a new claymation commercial by LG, the company shows off their new Optimus One device… in a very strange way. The commercial features the likes of Snow White, Peter Pan, Star Wars, and more in a fast moving mashup of all the fairytales. There’s also a fir amount of Apple bashing in the beginning.

Silver HTC Wildfire, white HTC Desire up for pre-oder in the UK

In true handset manufacturer fashion, HTC has, months after initial release, let loose some new color jobs on two of their devices. The HTC Wildfire and HTC Desire are soon coming with some new paint, and the pre-orders are up in the UK. The Wildfire will come out in silver, while the Desire is showing off some white curves.

If you’re in the UK, you can pick up one of these handsets, or at least get your pre-order in, for these two handsets. While the new Desire will be free on contracts that start at £25 per month, the silver Wildfire will come in at the same no-cost price on contracts at or above £20 per month. It should set you back about $25 bucks. A small price to pay for showing off your trendy style. Snow White Galaxy S

White version of the popular Android smartphone - Galaxy S

So the Galaxy S is doing pretty well for Samsung. After being available for just 55 days in Samsung’s home country of South Korea, 800,000 Galaxy S phones have been sold within their borders. This makes it the fastest selling phone ever in South Korea, and they’re not satisfied yet. Samsung is now producing a new “Snow White” Galaxy S phone, pictured above, just to ensure the buzz doesn’t wear off. No word on an international release at this point.

White Samsung Galaxy S Spotted in Spain

The Phone House, an e-Retailer in Spain, is advertising an upcoming Galaxy S phone but not what you would expect. This version is white instead of the black version we have all become accustomed too. There is no retail date as of yet but it shows a price of €499 (US$657) on their website.

I have never been fond of the white versions of phones but I know there are many of you who do so I hope we see this launched soon.
