Just in time for 2014′s Consumer Electronics Show, Polaroid has unveiled a new line of tablets in the United States. The Q Series line will include 7, 8, and 10-inch sizes. The names are quite simple — Q7, Q8, and Q10. The tablets will feature quad-core processors that run Android 4.4 KitKat. With those kind of specifications, it seems that this is what Polaroid wants to shift their focus on for 2014. The company touts the Q Series as a media consumption tablet that is very portable. Like the Nexus 10 tablet, it has front facing speakers. Also, the Q Series line will feature an HDMI port. The prices will start at $129.00 and go up to $179.00. Clearly this is a budget tablet; however, the quad-core processor and Android 4.4 KitKat seem to say otherwise.
