Have Some Fun With Your Pics Using Funny Camera For Android

Want a good laugh at your friends and family’s expense?  Do something fun with all of those photos racking up on your sd card for a change.  Check out Funny Camera for Android.  Select any of the photos from your gallery and arrange for it to fit within dozens of the already provided templates in the app.  Throw a face on Wolverine’s body, place your brother’s head on a hot chick in a bikini and toss yourself up on the shoulders of the Man of Steel himself.  There’s tons of options to what you can do with the pic.  You can rotate it, change saturation, adjust the brightness, switch from black and white, invert photos and more.  Once you have your pic all set up, as expected, there are a number of ways you can share it with friends, family and services like Facebook.  One could easily spend all day messing with this app. There is also a “tease your friends” feature which allows you to pick a friends photo out quickly and shoot it to them funny style while offering them the ability to download the app themselves.   Want to give it a go?  Head on over to the Android Market and give it a try.  Don’t forget to let us know what you think of it in the comments below.

Use Horror Prank to scare the bejeezus out of your girlfriend

Who doesn’t love some good old pranking on Halloween? There’s an app on the market called “Horror Prank” that will help you accomplish this. It’s a screamer, much like this:

When you install “Horror Prank”, it will show up in the menu as “Funny Bunnies” (obviously, this prank is more set for your girlfriend). When you open it up, you’re presented with a picture of an oh-so-cute bunny, and as soon as you tap the screen, you get a scary face and a very loud scream. Advanced? Not at all. Hilarious when executed correctly? You better believe it.

Hit up the market link below on your device or scan the QR code to download it today, it’s free!

Picture from the wild side: Androids show Apple who’s boss

On the lighter side of news, we here at Talk Android would like to share with you a picture that made us chuckle. There was an announcement recently from Dyzplastic that they had released some little Android figurines, and here (see above) is what one reader decided to do with his. Better watch out, Apple – those Androids look pretty hungry.

The Onion app now available on Android

If you like to laugh, then you’ve no doubt heard of the Onion by now. To directly quote their about paragraph:

“The Onion is a national publication and website that offers award-winning news and views that readers can’t get anywhere else. Every week, our attention grabbing headlines and photojournalism paint a unique picture of the world.

More than 3 million people read The Onion each week, online and in print in select cities, making it by far the most popular news organization in its class. A million more listen to Onion Radio News coast to coast. In 2007, The Onion launched Onion News Network, its 24-hour video news network.”

As an Onion reader myself, I feel I owe it to you, my faithful TalkAndroid readers to snag this app and be prepared to laugh.

Update: Is anyone else getting an error when downloading the updates for the app? I’m getting errors on my Nexus One with AT&T and Samsung Intercept on Sprint. Tried rebooting both phones, reinstalling the app and tried updating with and without wifi. Anyone succeeding? Let us know in the comments

Update2: Well just tried it again (7 hours later) and it updated fine. :)
