Daily Steals Offering Unlocked HTC One X For $630.00

So you live in the States and want in on the quad-core HTC One X before everyone else? You may want to head on out to Daily Steals as soon as possible. Right now, they have the unlocked One X for sale for a mere $630. That means you have a chance to be the cool kid in class or in the office by owning one of the first quad-core devices. Keep in mind that this device is not the LTE version (the LTE version features a Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor) and while it could work on AT&T & T-Mobile bands, it’s likely not going to be optimized, so you may see slower than normal 3G and/or HSPA+ speeds. But hey, all we really care about on the device is the Tegra 3 and Beats Audio anyways.

Prospective buyers will want to hurry as they only have until tonight to get in on the deal.

AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Is Available For A Penny And Oh— Has A Leaked ICS Build Available

Amazon Wireless will be selling the AT&T Galaxy S II smartphone for a mere 1¢. That’s right gang— a mere penny for new customers. In addition, Amazon will toss in free 2-day shipping when you score the device. Great deal, right? That means those of you on AT&T who have been looking for a new phone may now have found the best and most inexpensive reason to upgrade.

And what better way to celebrate your new purchase or upgrade than with an immediate software upgrade? Let me explain– we know the ICS update for the Galaxy S II smartphone is out, but it was only a matter of time before variations of the update reached American shores. AT&T recently announced the Galaxy S II smartphone would indeed get Android 4.0 at some point this year, but you can bet both Sammy and/or AT&T have been hard at work developing an AT&T-specific version of the global ICS update in the meantime. Not surprisingly, an early build of the of the update has leaked out in the form of a ROM and is ready for ambitious (or impatient) users to an early taste of that ice cream goodness.

Galaxy Nexus 3,800mAh Extended Battery Available For Only $13.99

Listen up if you’re a Galaxy Nexus owner folks because we’ve got a doozy for you. We all know the standard 1800 mAh battery is average by most standards and the 2100mAh extended battery is only slightly better, so many of you may have been longing for something you can feel confident in when it comes to battery life. Sure we’ve highlighted some hefty alternatives, but they may come at a premium price. Well friends I come bearing great news: CellularFactory is listing a sweet 3,800mAh extended battery for wait for it… wait for it— a whopping $13.99. That’s right folks, a 3,800mAh extended battery is available for under $14. There’s more too: if you use code GOFF5SW during your purchase, you get an extra 5% off. There were earlier reports indicating the extended battery was available for $7.99, but we wanted to double-check and confirm this for you all, but found the battery is in fact available for $13.99 only.

Keep in mind this extended battery does not feature NFC capabilities, so you’re out of luck if you’re looking for some Beam action. It might be a negative for some, but I think the vast majority of those interested in this battery will gladly give that up for an improved battery life at that steal of a price.

Verizon Offering Smartphones For $10 And Another For Free In March Sale

Have an old OG DROID or first generation phone and looking for any excuse to upgrade to a new phone? Verizon is giving you the most compelling reason yet to come on down to Big Red Country. They have having a major sale in which the Motorola DROID X2 and DROID 3, Sammy DROID Charge and the HTC Incredible 2 smartphones can be found for a measley $10 each on contract from now until Monday, March 12th. Oh and Verizon is also offering the HTC Rhyme in its own St. Patty’s Day sale where the phone will be available for gratis on contract.

Naturally, this could be Verizon just pushing these “old” devices into the sunset. Regardless– this is a great deal and I’m sure plenty of folks will jump on the chance to some solid phones for those crazy prices.

US Cellular Offering $100 Activation Credit For Android Devices… For A Limited Time Only

US Cellular just announced an attractive incentive in order to draw more customers to its mobile service. The mobile carrier is set to offer a welcome $100 activation credit toward any Android device when you sign up for a plan— meaning you may have yet another reason to splurge on that upcoming Sammy Galaxy S II phone. Unfortunately, this offer is for a limited time, so you’ll have to jump on it ASAP if you want to take advantage. In addition, it will waive any of those pesky activation fees. The offer is web-only, but at least you’ll get to have free shipping on any Android purchase you make. Oh and US Cellular may also offer you up to a $150 additional credit if you leave your current mobile provider for its services. Sounds like a nice deal indeed. If you buy a black Droid RAZR ($149 on a 2-year contract), you’ll receive a second for just $49.99. On top of that, any smartphone from AT&T or Verizon can be activated free of charge (with a qualifying contract).

If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, or you’re in the market for a tablet device, Best Buy is also giving out $50 gift cards with the purchase of a 16GB Galaxy Tab 8.9 or 10.1. T-Mobile celebrates Valentine’s Day with FREE smartphones and tablets

Mark February 11 on your calendars because T-Mobile is going to have one of those really big sales. This time they are celebrating Valentine’s Day just in case you need to get that special someone a really nice Android phone or tablet. Of course there’s nothing stopping you from taking advantage of this promo for yourself. Notice how I said “get” instead of “buy” because this sale is all about FREE.

T-Mobile is giving you the chance to pickup their latest 4G smartphones and select tablets for free. There is one minor catch, and that it’s free after rebate. You will of course need to sign up with a new 2-year contract with either the Value or Classic plan, and both new and existing customers are eligible. So if you’re in the market for the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S II, The HTC Amaze 4G, or the Huawei Springboard, this Saturday is the day to grab one.

Sprint Offering Upgrade Incentive from $25 to $100

Starting February 5th, Sprint customers should check their account to see if they are eligible for a fantastic deal.  On an individual basis, Sprint will select some accounts to receive a discount of $25, $50, $100 to upgrade to a new phone with a standard 2-year contract.  This discount is in addition to the normal upgrade prices.  If you’re flagged in Sprint’s system, you will receive an email or paper mail notification.  The special will run from February to March 21st, so if you’re coming up on an upgrade, you should definitely look into this.

Sprint is certainly trying to keep their customers loyal.  Perhaps this is an attempt to offset a possible policy change.  Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

Best Buy Offering $50 Gift Card If Customers Upgrade Their Phones By The End Of 2012, Must Register By February 12th

Planning to upgrade to a new phone by the end of the year and buy a gadget or two while you’re at it? Well you’re in luck because Best Buy is offering a heck of a promotion where they are offering a $50 gift card when customers upgrade to a new phone at any one of the Best Buy stores by December 31, 2012. Naturally there’s a catch— customers need to reserve their gift card by entering their mobile number and email address by Sunday, February 12. And you won’t actually see the gift card until you actually go into a store and upgrade your phone at that time. Still, a $50 gift card is still an awesome incentive, don’t you think?
