LG continues to aim to be a top contender in the mobile arena with their recently unveiled LG Optimus LTE. Only this time around the device is making its way to Bell as the “LG Eye”. Check out our recent post revealing some “eye” candy videos of a demo by LG themselves. The device is impressive all around sporting Gingerbread 2.3 and a 4.5inch “True HD IPS” display with resolutions beating out the iPhone (1280 x 720) or 329 pixels per inch. In addition, the handset sports a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU, an 8 meg camera capable of capturing 1080p HD videos, a whopping 1830 mAH battery and comes in at 10.4 mm thin. And of course, the device comes with LTE radios on board, hitting “theoretical” speeds of up to 100 mb/s.
The Source, a Bell-owned retailer has released a video showing off some of the features of the device and could possibly launch some time in November on Bell’s network.
