If you’re of the Live Wallpaper variety, we’ve got one that promises to bring a little serenity to your home screen. Nightfall Live Wallpaper for Android is a calm and serene background that shows a slight rotation of the stars above. In addition, you can slowly see the moon making its way northbound, beautifully illuminating the sky. The background is reminiscent of a couple sitting in a convertible starring up at the skyline as they watch a shooting star make its way across the horizon. I love the contrast of the dark background, subsequently allowing your applications to pop out. The free version definitely does the job, but if you want more out of your apps and you’re willing to part with $1.50, there is a version that will allow more functionality and control over stars, the moon and silhouettes.
