Over the past month we have seen several leaks and images of the upcoming Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD (aka Nozomi). Today, a new batch of photos appeared on the web and this time includes some device specs to go along with them. We still don’t have confirmation on the official name for this device so there is no telling just yet how it will come to market.
The Xperia Arc HD will launch running Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and sport a 4.3-inch LCD HD display with a 1280 x 720 resolution. A whopping 12 MP camera has been verified as well as full HD video recording capabilities. A dual-core Snapdragon processor, Adreno 220 GPU and 1GB of RAM will be the driving force but unfortunately it will lack microSD card storage and versions will be available with either 16GB or 32GB of on-board storage. Finally, the device will have an HDMI output, allowing for connectivity to an HDTV.
A couple interesting things to note: It looks as though the battery is not removable by the user, and the device uses a microSIM card. Jump past the cut for some more photos of the device. » Read the rest
