Some might say that these new “curve” devices are more novelty-based than actually useful, but the technology is certainly appealing and will definitely have something to show us in the next few years.
But for now, we’re stuck with the LG G Flex and the Samsung Galaxy Round— LG is now sending out invites for their international launch event for the G Flex. The event will take place on December 3rd in Hong Kong. The device is rumored to be coming to the United States in early 2014 on AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile, and will be in France next month.
It’ll most likely be a pretty expensive device, as it’s going for about $940 in South Korea and features a self-healing back panel, a 6-inch 720p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel shooter.
