In the U.K., wireless carrier Vodafone saw an already troubled public image tumble even further if the number of complaints filed with watchdog agency Ofcom is an indication. According to Ofcom, during the final quarter of 2015 pay-monthly subscribers filed 32 complaints for every 100,000 customers. That may not seem like many, but it is more than double the figure for the same period in 2014 and is much higher than other carriers.

Sky, the entertainment company operating in several European countries, announced the launch of their new Sky Kids app starting today. The app is designed for kids and will be available at no extra cost to Sky subscribers. The Sky Kids app provides access to watch a variety of kids shows, including 16 of the 20 highest-rated shows, via the app. In addition to the existing content that will be available, Sky will start producing their own original content later this year.
As we move yet another day closer to HTC’s on-line reveal event for the new HTC 10 flagship smartphone, the company has released a new teaser image. The latest image is titled “Performance” and in their tweet, HTC claims this will provide the “fastest and smoothest Android” yet. A listing on the Taobao retail site for a replacement cover for the HTC 10 appears to have provided the Internet rumor mill with several images of the upcoming HTC flagship. Depending on how accurate and legitimate the listing was, HTC may not have much to reveal in terms of design when they launch the HTC 10 on April 12th during an online event. The Taobao site has taken down the bulk of the listing for now, notably the images, but in true Internet fashion they were already captured and are spreading so you can check them out below.
Late this week, Google’s security team announced several new features they are expanding or making available to Gmail users to help enhance email security. The updates include enhancements to email encryption, improvements to Google’s safe browsing warnings to help Gmail users, and additional alerts regarding state-sponsored attacks directed at Gmail users.
