Loading ...The chat service, Bubbles! allows the user to create a pop (point of presence) that is then broadcast from the mobile device. Other users of Bubbles! can send and share their pops when in close proximity.
The pops are entirely anonymous and can consist of a simple message or nickname, the pops float around with you at your different locations.
