Hi I have had my HTC Desire for 3 weeks now and after the first week all my emails are being deleted before I can read them. I open up the mail box and as you read the subject title the emails are deleted. If you are quick and open the email you can read it but can not reply as the email is deleted as you navigate away from the email.
I have contacted HTC who so far have been unable to help, they suggested I do a factory reset and set up a google mail account first then set up my virgin mail account this appeared to work for 5 days then back to deleting my emails.
Can anybody help. I like the phone but I am wishing I had not bothered with the upgrade to an andriod smart phone.
