Installing applications to the SD card?

How do i do this, i dont have the Use storage uption under the sd card settings since a over the air update??

t-mobile didnt have a clue what i was on about yesterday, and said its just a faulty sd card and are posting me out a replacment, but i have tried 3 cards all work fine in other devices,

you can't install applications to SD card as of now.

hopefully it will come in the future.

Well thats just silly, any idea when that might be available,

as the internal memory wont last much longer lol

The most recent information i read about this was from the official google groups, and well.. it doesn't look too promising.

Apparently this functionality is on the way, but it is not a current priority for the team and won't be made available this year - nor in Q1 of 2009.

I totally understand about the desire to be able to have apps on the SD
card, and the pain of not being able to do so. I hope I have indicated that
we have certainly put some thought into it and have I think a pretty good
plan of how to accomplish it, but unfortunately I can't at this point give
you a time when that will happen.

As far as the roadmap goes, you may not realize that shipping significant
new versions of the platform (which this would be) in Q1 of 2009 essentially
means being feature complete about this time right now. So even if we all
decided that yes, this is the highest priority thing to work on, and we're
going to start coding right now... well, it isn't going to be in the Q1
2009 roadmap. We don't yet have a roadmap beyond that, though, so after Q1

Try downloading Content str8 from the DEv publishers website. THAT worked for me, NOT as easy as the MArket, BUT IT WILL free up space
