I know it's my fault to belive a rep from tmobil on the phone when they want to help you save money, but I think I was screwed.

I called to try and change my plan having two phones, my wife does not use the internet or email on her phone so I wanted drop it.

When I was on hold I heard a msg about my plan, 750 shared mins. I was told late last year that I could save money by using this plan with free text msgs.

I did not know, because they failed to tell me they were shared mins. I did have two (one for each phone) 1500 any time mins for $39.95. Of course tmo wanted get rid of customers using this plan, so they did not tell the whole story. why would you give up 1500 mins for $40 bucks to go to 750 shared mins for 79.95?

I will never renew a contract with them, I have been with them since 2002 and always paid on time. Well, they F___ed me. Buyer beware, be warned. Tmo is not an honest company.

Lol dude you have to be one of the stupidest people ever... You act like its all their fault and should drop everything to call you on your phone and say ... "Hey we have a new plan and you should move to it"... Also like you never see any plans on the tv? Listen its not tmobiles fault that your stupid. Plus you might want to look again. There is no such thing as the rate plan you said you had. 750 min is 49.99 and never had 1500 for 59.99 unless you were on a even more plus plan..... go to ATT or Verison if you want. You get the same service for AT LEAST $40 more

Sprint is worst with their honesty or the lack of. I think Tmobile is so nice to it's customers (I'm new to Tmo) the customers are really taken aback when something like this happens. It is SOOO COMMON place for Sprint that's it's comical. Just get quiet when the Sprint rep calls another component dishonest or they tell you the other person didn't know what they are talking about.....

ATT and Verizon rob you at knife point and then try to make you feel priviledged to be robbed by such an esteemed thief.

I have had sprint, ATT, and Verizon. Currently on ATT, but would go back to Verizon in a heartbeat if I could afford it. Not one single issue on their network. The only catch, they cost the most. You get what you pay for and it is true in the cellular market for sure.
