Hard to tell just yet, but i've had a few tweets from other UK users who have noticed the same thing.

Yup, 24 hours on i'm definitely seeing a difference in battery consumption. Anyone else experiencing this since the UK update?

Not so sure, certainly not as bad as yesterday. I've not used the phone much today apart from to send a few texts, maybe 20 mins browsing the market and 40 mins mp3 and I'm down to 80% after 6 hrs (Wifi and GPS enabled, 3G and Bluetooth disabled).

How does that tally with what others are seeing??

Yep, definitely an improvement and I can leave my charger at home now as long as I don't use the power intensive stuff too much.
