Hello all,
My name is Karen. I'am new to this site. I need some serious help. As seen in the above title I have the Behold ll and I can not get it to connect to my computer. I have windows xp Home edition. When I plug in the USB my computer tells me that the USB deviced is not recognized. I have called Samsung and they tell me that I need to have Microsoft 2003 or 2007 installed on my computer. The t-mobile people are not sure what to do. Is there any one that can help me?
