Has anyone received the verizon 2.1 update yet?
If so how are they releasing it,by coverage area, city, account age ?

Nope. But I'm currently on the 2.1 leak.

Quick tip, if you type in the phone dial pad "*#*#checkin#*#*" it will get the latest update if available. You will know you typed it correctly because it will say checking success. This will only checkin and see if it is there to download...it has to be there first

I got it and when it installed it deleted all my contacts. I called and went to verizon no one could get them back

They should come back automatically after a short period of time if you have them synced to your gmail account like you are supposed to.

The 2.1 update botched my weather app, it crashes whenever I try to bring it up. And it made my phone slow as ass and it will crash sometimes, then I have to pull the battery and reboot.
