So why can't I save picture mail to my phone when people send them to me? Any suggestions?

Hey there! When someone sends you a picture message, instead of tapping the picture to view it larger, hold your finger on it for a few seconds. It will give you some options such as "Copy attached to SD card." You can then go to your gallery and find it under your "downloads" folder.

Hope this helps!
