i just got the phone today and i know how to send text messages and everything but the messages that people send me back get deleted after a short amount of time and i can no longer see them. is there any way to fix this so i would be able to read what other have said?

i guess the problem is with your hardware. or it could b some problem regarding the apps. suggest you to format the device and then try again.
