T-Mobile HTC Dream to retails at $200 after contract

These 'sourcesclose to Android' are really having fun this week. I've almost lost track of all the rumors floating around.

Anway, the latest is that T-Mobile plan to offer the supposed Dream / G1 for $200 after contract. Nothing is known yet about the specifics of the contract only that T-Mobile’s subsidization wasn’t very large.

I think the $200 price tag has been speculated about before, what with the iPhone sitting at $199 and all.

Well in a little under a weeks time we'll all know for sure, ahh

the Wall Street Journal are reporting $199 today (with 2 year contract) which puts the Dream in direct competition with the iPhone.
