Buying a G1 on eBay to use with standard Flext 30

Hi all, many thanks for taking the time to help.

I've just renewed my t-mobile uk flext 35 contract and have got a new G1. My girlfriend is quite jealous, so I'm thinking of getting her one off ebay for her birthday. She is with t-mobile, and is on the flext 30 plan. Now, she only renewed just before christmas and got a new G1 which she sold on in order to raise some money (we needed it at the time).

I just want to check that if I get my girlfriend a second-hand G1 she'll be able to use it fully on the plan she has... which I assume is a 'special' G1 plan still, as she's not modified it in any way...
