I will start by saying I do not know much about technology period.

I have an issue with my Galaxy S2. After updating to the latest software, my screen has a blue fade when you try and drag too far left or right, or up and down. Has anyone else had this, and more importantly gotten rid of it? Super annoying. THANKS.
