I bought a Samsung I9000 and had it unlocked, but to unlock it, the phone store installed a firmware version 2.1 ( I had froyo 2.2). The Kies software does not recognize my phone (it looks like my phone is Brazilian). Since I am new at this, I don't know what to do to update my firmware. I know I can install apps through the market app but that is it. I don't know if I can sync my phone through the computer with a different program. The phone store that unlocked my galaxy didn't care about my problem, even though they caused it. PLEASE HELP!!!!
