Help with s2 and samsung hs3000 headset

Hi Everyone
Can somebody please help with this set up.
All I want to do is be able to keep my phone in my pocket and press the talk button on the bluetooth headset and say the name of who I want to talk too!!!???
I have spoken to orange 7 times this week and samsung 11 times,they say they'll ring back and dont.
I'm not trying to send a monkey to the moon,I could forsee problems with that...but surely you should be able to make a call without taking the phone out of your pocket ?

Well no replies !
Samsung have since said 3 mores times that they would call me back,and they havent !!!!
I've now left it with orange and told them they can have the galaxy s2 back,as I have no faith with the phone and samsung .....
And still no one on here has any answers
