Help with Downloading Phone Contact List

I have an 2012 Veloster and a new Samsung Galaxy IIS Android Phone (Android version 2.3.4).

My phone and car can be paired, but I cannot download my phone contacts. Each time I try, I receive the message that this phone does not support this action.

It is hard to believe a new Android phone is not compatible with the Veloster.
Can anyone advise what I may be doing wrong?
