A phone or tablet? Samsung Galaxy Note

Samsung announced the Galaxy Note recently. The Galaxy Note is a very large smartphone(It's been called a phone)with a 5.3-inch screen, running Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Main features:
5.3-inch screen AMOLED HD display
A dual-core 1.4GHz processor
8-megapixel main camera that can record 1080p video and 2-megapixel front-facing camera
So, would you like to call it a phone, or a tablet?

This phone has great features. I would not call it tablet because it's a very costly phone.
