Let me keep this short and to the point. My wife and I use our Samsung Moments for business and we love it for the most part. What's killing me are the emails. I have a hotmail (free) account, Google, and Yahoo Bizmail account (paid). It seems my google email comes through the fastest and most consistent. The others are a hit and miss. Somethimes the emails are coming in a day or two later. So I get tech help from sprint and we go through a reset, update profile, you know the drill and my email starts working again. Then the notification keeps going off letting me know I have new emails, and when I go to check, it's the same emails that were there last time, nothing new. But that's only for about 30 mins then the emails stops and I have to go through the whole update profile, turn the phone, remove battery again. It's the same on both phones. We have the setting set to check every 5 mins. Since the new software update, I love the combined inbox so I can see all my emails at once. I just can't respond to or send emails. It goes to out going folder and sits there. I know this is a lot but, is there a app I can download to fix this? Should I get a blackberry just for emails? help please! I have to many kids to feed to keep spending money on all these phones. :-)
