Kies software unable to sync Outlook with Galaxy S2 over Bluetooth

I am able to successfully sync Outlook with Samsung Kies over USB.
I am able to pair my phone and Laptop.
When I click on the Blue tooth connect button in the Samsung Kies to initiate Out look sync, it gives the error message
"Device denied the connection request"


Versions Used :- Windows XP Profession latest service pack, Outlook 2007, latest Samsung Kies ( 2.0.0.11044_11) .


Any help will be hugely appreciated.
