Hi everybody
here is my question : I have a new galaxy fit with the latest version of kies software. when I connect to the computer it with usb cable there isn't any problem for synchronization of any multimedia data. On the other hand when I try to upgrade the firmware, the connection is lost. Whenever i try to upgrade it the disconnection occured untill the upgrade process is stopped
i could not understand what the real problem is!
