Dear All,
The name is Jeff. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note. My first Android phone. My query would be on the battery behaviour. I don't know if it is normal or unusual. It goes from 100 to 50 in just half day. But when it reaches to 50 the power is much more efficient and long lasting until midnight. Is that normal?
I wouldn't complain much, and can't expect much since it needs to milk its power to a 5.3 inches with Amoled.
My question:
What are the services running that i can kill in order to minimize the battery usage?
I'm afraid to try... don't wanna ruin my first Android phone.
The services that are running since the first day I bought the phone are:
- Settings
- Whats App (I use this everyday)
- Batt Indicator (I installed this)
- DRM Content
- Software update
- Android System
- Task Manager
- SyncmIDS
- Digital Clock
- Social Hub (can i kill this? cos I don't really use it)
- Google Services
- Maps (I can't seem to kill it, keeps popping out)
- Email
- Samsung keypad
- Accu Weather
That's it. Which one is safe to terminate?
Thanks in advance....
