Can't acces marketplace

Just got me Nexus but i cant get into the marketplace, when i click the icon it loads a page "Android market terms or service", nothing appears on the page and then it closes down.

I am a UK importer on the Orange network, is there any reason for it to do this? I have an internet connection while im trying to get in but its not a 3G one.

I am a UK importer, but using Vodaphone. Wi-fi and 3G both work fine for connecting me to Marketplace, so it shouldn't be a problem regarding what part of the world we're in.

I don't recall fully, but thought I had to scroll through an entire page of terms of service to click - ok - at the end.
