Buying in the UK questions

OK been trying to work out a few things.
1) What does it actually cost in GBP? Seems a simple question but really hard to find the answer to I've seen anything from £370 to £490. Call me crazy but before I hand over my card details I'd like to know.
2) How long does delivery actually take?
3) I know the phone is unlocked but can you easily put in Network settings, are they preloaded or is there a connection wizard which can define network settings automatically?

The initial price is about £370 ($530) and it only takes a few days to get, even in the UK. BUT here's where it gets a little annoying... as the price above is NOT the final price.

1. Google adds the charger (whether you like it or not) for another $26. You should be able to opt out for this.

2. If UK customs picks this up, you will be charged an additional VAT (17.5%) or about £60+

So as you can see the final price will be more than is originally quoted.
