I have a question and need some help quickly, I'm helping a friend root his Mytouch, but he doesn't have a data plan, we were working through the steps and I kept thinking about how Cyanogen or SuperD an just a lot of roms give you the option to skip the sign in to Google option, so then he could just do that over WiFi later. But I forgot that after he downgrades to 1.5 he has to sign in again without that option to skip. Now he's to that step and needs help on getting around the sign in page.
Is there a way to get around that or to get back to a form where he can get back to stock 1.6 in fastboot, without having a data connection? Any help would be great! Thanks!
