Motorola Chief Sanjay Jha is set to announce some major restructuring of the mobile company. Currently Motorola use 7 different platforms for their mobile devices - Jha plans to trim this down to just 3.

In the future Motorola's business smartphones will continue to use Windows Mobile, with their lower end handsets using the internally-developed P2K system.
The rest of Motorola's hardware will be powered by Android.
