HTC Aria: how to change date & time?

Last month I purchased a HTC Aria cell phone from CellHut through a discount deal available at http://www.dealrocker.com/promotions/cellhut/deals/. Well, I lost the user manual somewhere before I could memories the phone features. Is there anyone have HTC Aria? I need to change the date & time, but every time I change, it automatically change back to the Internet date & time. Can't figure out how to change date & time on my HTC Aria. Do you guys have any ideas?

If you google for the manual you will find it very easily. I found this one listed first
