Sprints 450 everything data uncludes unlimited data, messaging, 450 anytime minutes and unlimited any mobile in the USA. It also includes Sprint navigation. Both the moment and the Hero are good devices, also rumor has it there's a new android coming soon. I have Sprint, tmobiles rural coverage sucks in my neck of the woods. If cost is a factor Sprint is a no brainer plan wise, IMO.
As always it boils down to what works for you and meets your needs.
